Kulturo is a boutique tech recruitment agency founded in Barcelona in 2021 by Pol Guasch and Damián Legasa. We help Spanish and international companies hire tech talent in Spain.
Who we are
Pol Guasch and Damián Legasa were two Barcelona headhunters specialised in technical talent. After years in recruitment, watching the limits of the traditional model up close, they founded in 2021 the agency they would have wanted to find themselves: close to the people involved, specialised in technical roles, and honest about what it can and cannot do.
Today, from our headquarters in Barcelona, we help startups, scaleups and tech companies, Spanish and international, find key people through direct search and specialised selection.

Kulturo was born in Barcelona, but it has never worked only for Spanish companies. We have worked with companies from more than 8 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Belgium, that have trusted us to find tech talent in Spain and in Latin America.
