American School of Barcelona came to us after a thorough search for a supplier. They needed a NetSuite developer, and they wanted to know exactly who they would be working with before starting.
The context was not simple. They were in the middle of migrating their ERP to NetSuite, a new technology director had just joined, and they needed someone able to step into a project already underway and carry it to the finish.
The profile combined three conditions that are not unusual on their own, but together narrow the market sharply: a NetSuite specialist, solid Python experience, and availability in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. NetSuite is a small niche in Spain, and much of the talent that knows it comes from the functional and consulting side rather than from development. Adding Python cuts the pool again.
We signed the agreement in late March 2026 and started immediately. Twenty-three days later the candidate had accepted the offer. They joined at the end of May, once their notice period was served.
They have grown inside the organisation since, and today they are an important part of its technical team. We will keep working with American School of Barcelona whenever they need to grow it further.
