Sequence started as a SaaS product for automating accounting, tax, invoicing and HR administration in the Swiss market. Today it is becoming an all-in-one platform (ERP plus fintech) with a 1B fintech licence in progress with FINMA.
Our collaboration began before the Sequence brand officially existed, when the product was still part of the Osea Innovations incubator. We have been their talent partner through that whole evolution.
When the team was still just the CTO and a handful of developers, hiring had to move quickly to keep up with the product.
In 2023 we helped bring in:
- 4 full-stack developers (Node/Angular)
- 1 product designer
In 2024 the focus widened towards structure and product quality:
- 1 DevOps engineer
- 1 QA engineer
- 1 product owner
- 1 social media manager
We also worked on strategic marketing and sales hires, strengthening the commercial side of the company as it expanded in the Swiss market.
