We started working with Zinco AI in August 2025. The company, based in Madrid, is building an all-in-one advisory service for businesses that brings finance, tax, employment and legal into a single flow, with AI inside the operation rather than bolted on. Their way of growing is to buy advisory firms and integrate them into that system.
That summer they were closing their first acquisitions and needed to push forward the system everything rests on: Python, FastAPI, React and Supabase, with a substantial AI component. The product had to move at the same pace as the acquisitions, not behind them.
They were looking for two Mid-Senior FullStack profiles, and the brief was specific: product engineers with a lot of ownership, an appetite for building things, and a willingness to come into the office. That last point is not a small one. Asking for on-site presence narrows the pool noticeably, especially among senior fullstack engineers used to being able to choose.
Both joined in under two weeks. Twelve days from signing the agreement to the offers being accepted.
In 2026 we came back to them at a different stage. The company was consolidating its product and we added one more senior profile, with the same pattern: ownership, autonomy and an appetite for shipping. We have also worked with them on occasional searches for their Data Engineering team.
We have been alongside Zinco through two very different moments of growth, and in both the filter has been the same: people who want to build, not people who wait for instructions.
